Office Policies

Cancellations

If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel your appointment due to last-minute unforeseen circumstances, please let us know immediately.

Payments

Our office policy is to collect payment in full for services at time of the visit, including all co-pays due. We are pleased to accept cash, MasterCard, VISA or American Express, for your convenience. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please contact Chandler Cardiology  at (480) 782.0101.

After Hours

For urgent problems that can’t wait until the next day (no medication refills or routine questions, please!), call the office number and you will be forwarded to the nurse practitioner or doctor-on-call.

Refills

To request a refill, please email us at info@chandlercardiology.com. We will call or email you once your request has been received and processing has begun.
